Photoshop Help

This area is meant to better help you understand Adobe Photoshop. Photoshop is King of photo manipulation, and therefore as King, it is a very deep and sometimes overwhelming program. We attempt to hopefully ease any pain you may be suffering by trying to do things in this amazing application.

Something you should know about Photoshop: A tip or trick shared, might be explained a different way by someone else. What this means is that there are things you can do inside of Photoshop that might be explained 6 different ways by 6 different people, and what we will try to share are some of the things that have we have learned over time which are refined and are explained the best way we know how.

Here are the areas of help:

Creating Temporary Brushes
It's easy to create a temporary brush based on your preset brushes in Photoshop CS. Just click on the Brush Sample in the Options Bar to bring up the Brushes Picker. With the Masters Diameter slider you can change your brush size from 1 to 2500 pixels. If you like the size of your new brush and want to save it, just click the New Brush icon at the top right of the dialog. The Brush Name dialog will appear so you can name your new brush. When you click OK, the new brush will immediately be added to your Brushes palette.
